HID cards have changed the workplace. These cards are no longer simply IDs but invested technology for the safety of your facilities. Replacing these cards is significantly more expensive then a plain PVC card. Adhesive back cards are the way to reuse HID Smart/proximity access cards. These cards work with all ID card printers. You simply print a new personalized front of the ID and place it over the old face. The Mylar back peels off and exposes the adhesive back. These cards are the same size as standard credit card sizes. The thin 10 mil card does not inhibit the HID Smart/Proximity card from working.
